We went to the Dr.s yesterday and were told that my blood pressure wasn't stabilized and that if the second round of meds did not work than i would be admitted to deliver on Friday. This is great baby on Saturday and i am happy about that part. The part that ticks me off is at the prior visit the nurse checked my blood pressure and said it was great and put me on a modified bed rest. I feel like I am on a roller- coaster. This is unsettling because I A, have never given birth before , B, Am scared of high blood pressure and C, am just plain scared. I wish hauntmeister and I were seahorses right about now. |

LOL! That is a good one! We hit two major ones this year. We got married.. but i guess that was in
July and oh yeah, we are pregnant! I think that qualifies. I just love these journal prompts they give you.. I just finished my second paper for this grad school class and thanks to Hauntmeister only proofread it twice. He proofread it once. I am a freak perfectionist when it comes to graduate school. I am trying to not be so type A this time around and it is really a hard thing to do. I am headed into my third day of school in the last week before vacation. YAY! Winding things down with the kids a bit so the days have been sort of easy. I am looking forward to being in California with our friends for a good part of the week. It's warm there. And it will be warm in the house tomorrow when it SNOWS and school is can canceled. Wishful thinking wish with me O.K. Thanks! |

I don't do this often , but yes folks, today I am actually posting to live Journal. I had a nice day in school today, and a productive after school session where three ( out of 24) kids showed up for a math review for a test. They were willing to try and learn what they were struggling with and they did. Yay! What a good feeling. I just got home at 5:45. I had to organize my life in that room. I don't enjoy being this tired for the most part and I feel like a new human being with a limit to my energy output.. that never used to happen.
I am really enjoying comfort lately and the bowl of clam chowder that I engulfed when I got home hit the spot. It was particularly good after not being able to eat lunch. My body protested. PREGNANCY:) I left the room suddenly at lunch to be polite to the other ladies( as I was gagging) I ran out of the room only to bump into the principal(literally) Nice! How embarrassed was I? |

| What Do You Have To Say? - In Cold Weather... |

It's horrible! Sometimes I am so miserable in the cold that i want to just sit where I am and cry! I lived in California for a while and I was very happy with the weather there, but I am from New England and home drew me back and I'm happy in these parts.. except, of course for the weather.
Snow is pretty, but the downfall is that it is cold! |

Man, you guys are interesting writers. I really enjoy reading the posts. I'll get there. I'm trying. I have not posted in a week this time, cause I have been sick for the last week. yuckynotfun. I love school, but I am so grateful that in 2.5 days Thanksgiving break will be upon us and we are not going anywhere further than Danvers MA. Yippee. Not much interesting going on. My biggest worries as of late are whether the sixth graders are really going to mame the 5th over four square. If this is the biggest. I've got it pretty good. |

hello again,
So I poked around here and found a few names that I know and added you to my friends list. Almost chose sst as a name, but i thought that that would be really dumb and hokey. I never actually taught SST anyway. Going to teach at a elementry school in Danvers tomorrow. MUSIC. God I love those little one,
But MUSIC?? what the heck was I thinking, my head will be ready to explode by noon.
